We're based in Tomball and serve homeowners, builders, and contractors in the greater Houston area - including Katy, The Woodlands, Conroe, Galveston, College Station, and Bryan.

How our Houston service works
We operate by appointment. We come to your home or job site anywhere in the Houston area for free consultations and estimates. This lets us assess your specific conditions, discuss material options, and provide accurate pricing.
Most Houston-area estimates are scheduled within 2-3 business days of contact. For projects in Katy, The Woodlands, Conroe, or Galveston, we coordinate timing to make the most of our travel and ensure we can give your project proper attention.
Service available in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio
While Houston is our primary service area, Victory Surfaces can travel for larger projects in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio based on availability. Edward has years of experience running flooring operations in these markets. Contact us to discuss your project timeline and confirm availability for out-of-area installations.
Working with Houston builders and contractors
We partner with custom home builders and general contractors throughout Houston. Our first new construction project was with Talisman Custom Homes, and we continue building relationships with quality builders across the area. We coordinate scheduling around other trades and provide reliable installation timelines for construction projects.
Response time and availability
We respond to Houston-area inquiries within 24-48 hours. Project scheduling depends on current workload and your location within our service area.

We redid 5 rooms with wood-style tile and it looks beautiful! Edward is kind, gracious, and professional. He even found the tile we wanted for MUCH less at a different supplier. He shows up on time and they handled all the moving around of furniture -- we were extremely comfortable to let them do the work while we were out of town. He returned the house key when we got back.
